Are you struggling with the odd job for your classic car? For example welding, fabrication, engines, gearboxes, electrical and other problems?
I am a time served mechanic for 20 years with a passion for classic cars and I am here to help. The service I offer is a mobile classic car repairs and restoration. Each classic and cherished car is appraised on its own merit and restorations are carried out sypathetically, retaining as much of the original as possible, by using traditional panel working techniques.
My passion for classic cars started when I was around 13 years of age, it was always that certain time of year (MOT) where my father would be pulling his hair out, again having to weld more patches on his Ford Zepher and trying to skim his break discs with an angle grinder... however I was fascinated and always willing to help.
At the age of 17 I got my first car, which was a mark 11 escort and I was always found underneath it on my parents driveway. Over the years this is how my skills have improved. I was always on hand to help friends and family with their cars and spent 4 years at college aswell as an apprentiship to be fully qualified.
There is always something about classic vehicles... the smell of leather interiors and the nostalgia that comes with them (the spots of oil on the drive), that makes me smile.
